We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will likely be in the processing phase and we may no longer be able to make changes. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse.
To request a return, please email support@biocleanse.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team before sending items back. Please include your order number and the name used at checkout inside the return package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected (this may take up to 10 business days), we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds may take up to 40 business days from confirmation to be processed, depending on your financial institution. All refunds are issued in USD ($). BIOCLEANSE is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives physically damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@biocleanse.com with clear photos of the damage. We will review and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement at no cost.
Please note: Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered product damage. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders promptly, but cannot control delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If you experience shipping issues, please contact the courier directly. BIOCLEANSE is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we verify all billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We may request additional verification if needed. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify you immediately.
