In my last video I went through 7 foods parasites hate. So many of you asked for the full list that I wrote it down here, with what each one does once it reaches your gut.

At the end I'll show you why food alone usually isn't enough, and the simple way I get all 7 every day.

First, why this matters. Parasites aren't rare, and they aren't just a travel problem:

PubMed®PMID: 24447578 | Parasites & Vectors 2014
Researchers modelled the global burden of soil-transmitted worm infections. As of 2010, an estimated 1.45 billion people were infected with roundworm, whipworm or hookworm, the three most common intestinal parasites, roughly a quarter of the world's population.
Pullan et al., Parasites & Vectors, 2014. WHO estimates a similar 1.5 billion (24% of the world) today.

1. Garlic Damages Parasites And The Bacteria They Rely On

Garlic contains allicin, a sulfur compound that directly damages parasites and the harmful bacteria they rely on to survive.

One catch: allicin only forms when garlic is crushed and left to sit for about 10 minutes. Cook it straight away and you lose most of it.

IN CLEANSL8Aged Garlic Extract. Ageing keeps garlic's active compounds stable, so there's no crushing, no 10-minute wait and no garlic breath.

2. Pumpkin Seeds Make Parasites Lose Their Grip On Your Gut Wall

Pumpkin seeds contain cucurbitine, a compound that paralyzes parasites. Once they can't hold on to your intestinal wall, they get carried out with everything else.

This one has been tested on people, not just in a lab:

PubMed®PMID: 22910218 | Acta Tropica 2012
In the group treated with pumpkin seeds alone, 75.0% (9/12) of confirmed tapeworm cases expelled whole tapeworms.
Li et al., Acta Tropica, 2012. Community study of tapeworm infection in Sichuan, China.
IN CLEANSL8Pumpkin Seed Extract. The seed in concentrated form, so you don't have to eat a handful of raw seeds every day.

3. Thyme Goes After The Roundworms Living In Your Gut

Thyme contains thymol, a compound shown in studies to have a direct anti-parasitic effect on intestinal parasites, especially roundworms.

Before modern drugs, doctors actually used thymol to treat hookworm, one of the most common roundworms in the world.

IN CLEANSL8Thyme Extract (4:1). Four parts thyme concentrated into one.

4. Oregano Breaks Down The Shield Parasites Hide Behind

Oregano contains carvacrol. It breaks down the protective shield parasites hide behind and helps clear the mucus they hide in, so your gut becomes a hostile place for them.

PubMed®PMID: 10815019 | Phytother Res 2000
After 6 weeks of 600 mg oil of oregano daily, there was complete disappearance of Entamoeba hartmanni (four cases), Endolimax nana (one case), and Blastocystis hominis in eight cases.
Force et al., Phytotherapy Research, 2000. 14 adults whose stool tests were positive for gut parasites.
IN CLEANSL8Oregano Extract (10:1). Ten parts oregano concentrated into one.

5. Ginger Calms Your Gut And Fights The Parasite Found In Sushi

Ginger contains gingerol, shown to reduce parasite survival. It also calms the inflammation parasites cause.

It works especially well against Anisakis, the worm found in raw fish. If you eat a lot of sushi, this one is for you. There's a reason ginger is served with raw fish.

PubMed®PMID: 2251240 | Parasitol Res 1990
An extract from Zingiber officinale (ginger), traditionally eaten along with raw fish, effectively destroyed Anisakis larvae in vitro.
Goto et al., Parasitology Research, 1990. Lab study on Anisakis larvae.
IN CLEANSL8Ginger Rhizome Extract. Standardized to at least 5% gingerols, the compound that does the work.

6. Olive Leaf Makes Your Gut Hostile To Parasites, Yeast And Candida

Olive leaf contains oleuropein, which is hostile to parasites, yeast and candida.

Olive leaf tea has traditionally been used to help expel intestinal worms.

IN CLEANSL8Olive Leaf Extract. Standardized to at least 20% oleuropein.

7. Brown Seaweed Binds What Parasites Leave Behind And Carries It Out

Brown seaweeds like kelp and wakame contain alginate.

When parasites die, they release toxins. Alginate binds those toxins and carries them out, so they don't sit in your gut and make you feel worse.

This is the step most cleanses skip, and it's why so many people feel awful on one.

IN CLEANSL8Sodium Alginate + Brown Seaweed Extract. The binder, so what gets released leaves through normal digestion.

But Getting All 7 From Food Means Eating This Every Single Day

To actually clear parasites out, you'd need all 7 of these every day. Not once a week when you remember.

FoodEvery single day
GarlicCrush a clove, wait 10 minutes, eat it
Pumpkin seedsA handful of raw seeds
ThymeFresh thyme in your meals
OreganoOregano in your meals
GingerFresh ginger, sliced or grated
Olive leafA cup of olive leaf tea
Brown seaweedA bowl of kelp or wakame

Almost nobody eats like that. I don't either. And even when you do, heat breaks some of these compounds down before they ever reach your gut.

So is there an easier way to get all 7 every day?
